Vijeta Group: Built from the ground up
The first and biggest part of Vijeta Group is its Switchgear Business.Vijeta Switchgear is a 60 Cr company engaged in manufacturing control panels and starters for pumps handling water from 0.5 HP to70 HP. Vijeta offers the entire range of pump control solutions inAnalog, Semi Digital & Fully Digital products as per customer requirements. Vijeta boasts a full-fledged Fabrication Setup, a Robotic Powder Coating line, Press Shop, Tool Room, Assembly Shop, a Wire Harness line, Electronics Shop & Plastic Moulding Shop.
It manufactures almost 90% of required sub-products in-house in its Sangli & Ahmednagar plants. Vijeta Switchgear is the largest manufacturer of products in its range in India with a team of 212. Last year, Vijeta manufactured 7 lakh units. Vijeta is also actively engaged in Providing IOT Based Products catering to the latest requirements.Along with IoT, Pump Controllers for Solar Applications, Sewage Applications are also being indigenously developed at Vijeta
Process
1. Fabrication Department
The journey of Vijeta’s products begins with fabrication of the Enclosures. We offer CRCA fabricated enclosure, deep drawn enclosures and enclosures upto IP 66 Protection. For our products which require mass production, we have developed special progressive compound tools to be used with our cross feed presses. This helps us deliver large quantities with virtually 0% rejection.

2. Pretreatment (7 tank phospating)
Once the blanking operation is done, our bending lines takes charge for converting the flat blanks into open Bottom parts of the enclosures. For sturdier and aesthetically pleasing enclosure we use Deep Drawing Process where in specially procured EDD CRCA material is drawn in custom dies with the help of heavy tonnage presses which makes the enclosure homogeneous and joint free.

3. Powder coating department
We have a 2 powder coating set ups. For small quantities, we employ our Manual coating booth and batch type oven. For the large quantities we use our state of the art Conveyorised Robotic Powder Coating Chamber and continuous Gas Fired Oven. This given us productivity and flexibility with utmost efficiency.

4. Vertical Integration
In our effort of Harmonising Quality Quantity Cost an Delivery, we have made our factrioy go into a Vertical Integration down to 6 levels. As such we run our own Plastic & Bakelite Moulding Shop, Press Shop, contactor & Overload Relay Manufacturing Shop, Wire Harness Shop & Electronics Shop.

5. Assembly Shop
Assembly shop consists of 4 Assembly Lines. The Assembly lines are designed on the concept of MOST after a detailed Time & Motion Study of Products. The work flow is set on each assembly station with a specific tact time in mind in order to get optimum productivity. The work flow is designed so as the assembly keeps moving on in a single piece flow akin to a conveyor line. All the assembly lines are equipped with pneumatic screwdrivers, necessary custom designed jigs and fixtures to ensure first time right product.
